Processing & Handling Times All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected delivery method and destination.

Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier's system.
In-Transit Delays While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, Helux Gear is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, severe traffic, high holiday volumes, or incorrect address entry at checkout.
