Return and refund policy

Requesting a return

Sign in to your customer account, open your order, and select the option to request a return, or email greg.donmoyer@helux-gear.com with your order number. Please wait for return instructions and a return address before sending anything back. A request for a return under our standard policy is subject to review; this does not limit any statutory right to withdraw or your other legal rights.

Return windows and eligibility

For most orders, you may request a return within 30 days of the item's delivery date. For orders covered by our Managed Markets EU return rules, you may exercise your right of withdrawal before delivery and for 14 days after delivery of the last item in the order. If the last day of that 14-day period falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline extends to the next business day. Contact us or use your customer account to notify us within the applicable window.

For returns under our standard policy, items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them. We may ask for proof of purchase. If an item arrived defective or damaged, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. These conditions do not limit rights you have under applicable law, including the EU right of withdrawal.

Refunds

For returns under our standard policy, once we receive and inspect an approved return, we'll email you with the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For statutory withdrawals and defective or damaged goods, we will handle refunds in accordance with applicable law. Processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution. If a refund hasn't appeared five business days after we confirm it was processed, please contact your financial institution, then contact us if you still need help.

Return shipping

For returns of items that aren't defective or damaged, you are responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by law. Original shipping charges are non-refundable under our standard return policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If we provide a return label, its cost may be deducted from your refund where applicable and permitted by law. We'll provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
